Two core principles guide Dnata – safety and quality. A number of departments have been set up to ensure that the highest standards are maintained in both those areas. Safety Compliance & Training is one. It’s a new department charged with overseeing safety standards across the whole of Dnata.
Dnata may be the sole operator at Dubai airport but the company nevertheless works in an intensely competitive environment with several international airports located in neighbouring emirates. Sales and Service Delivery is a key department charged with helping to ensure that Dubai remains the preferred choice of international carriers. Staff manage contracts with customer airlines and seek to achieve maximum customer satisfaction with service level agreements tailored to individual needs.
The innovative Key Account Management programme ensures that standards of service constantly improve by encouraging dialogue and feedback from customers regarding all aspects of services provided by Dnata.
