Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) provides in-flight catering and support services for more than 100 airlines flying into or out of Dubai International Airport, with the capacity of more than 175,000 meals per day from its two technologically advanced catering facilities. EKFC1, providing meals for passengers travelling on Emirates Airlines, is the largest and most modern catering facility in the world. EKFC2 serves all other carriers, including Singapore Airlines, Air France, Swiss and Virgin Atlantic. EKFC has also expanded into the events market, providing catering services for high profile exhibitions and sports tournaments such as the biennial Dubai International Aerospace Exhibition, GITEX, the Dubai Tennis Championships and the Dubai Rugby Sevens. In total, EKFC has more than 6500 employees representing 50 nationalities producing an average of 95,000 meals per day, for passengers travelling on around 300 different flights.
