Learning and Development

We have two units that look after the interests of our UAE national staff members:

1. National Training and Development Unit (NT&D)
2. National Career Development Unit (NCD)

The National Development Unit identifies the trainee’s career path and develops a training programme in liaison with the line manager. They evaluate and monitor the trainee’s progress for the duration of training, providing counselling, guidance and administrative support.

The National Career Development Unit act as a career facilitator for UAE Nationals who are proactive in pursuing their career, identifying and meeting their development needs. The unit assists UAE Nationals to identify their 'best fit' between skills and expectations and to identify potential vacancies with them. This is achieved through the following:
