The dnata Contact Centre is the largest dedicated travel contact centre in the UAE. Backed by state-of-the-art computer systems, we serve customers in all aspects of travel, from flight reservations and ticket purchase to hotel bookings and ground transportation. We have over 1,000 lines manned by highly trained professionals. The average call rate is over 100,000 per month. The Contact Centre maintains a high service quality level, aiming to answer 85 per cent of calls within 30 seconds.
